    it states on there Total amount payable for goods is A+R+V
    A is M-R = 4900- 400 =4500 R being your part ex allowance.
    V is credit charge for goods
    So A= 4500 + R = 400 + V =3299.68 = 8199.68
    so they have put your part exc allowance figure back into the amount payable

      This is exactly my point. The figures on the agreement don't add up at all, and what they are saying I owe them, doesn't bear any relation to anything.

      It's really starting to annoy me. I have the car sat on my drive, not doing anything, but I refuse to pay them £700.

      What can I do?
