hi everybody. i have a question. a set of terms and conditions that do not include the new regulations. the T&Cs i have from my catalogue company quotes the regulations from the consumer credit act 1974. and the data protection act. 1998. the only mention of the new act is in the distance selling regulations 2000. do i abide by the T&Cs supplied when i started with this company or do i abide with the new regs. regards bigpaddy
