      Looks enforceable to me...have a little query about the interest on the insurance being included in the total charge for credit so will double check and get back to you, but I believe thats ok.

      Your original seems to match the copy too, on the first page, but the second doesn't (page 4 and 8 of PDF), which is okay so long as the terms are the same.

      I will ask someone else to cast their eye anyways.


      Loan runs till end of 2015 and you have no arrears. Re the letter the loan insurance was effectively cancelled and repaid to you after your miselling claim. Have they/you adjusted monthly payments or term of loan to account for the lower figure ?

        Could we have some more background to this, because as it stands it is NOT covered by CCA 74 as the limit is 25K and this is for 29K !!

          actual loan is 22k insurance takes it to 29k

                Is the payment now the same as if you had never had the PPI, ie if the loan without PPI is £200 the payment now should be £200.
                Make sense?
