    I received this today from Cap 1 - along with this they did send me the T&C relevant at this time.

    I've previously sent a variety of letters, but i'm getting nowhere.

    Any ideas on what I do next please??

      Suggest you remove documents and clear BAR CODES then resubmit for viewing.

        Thanks Mike - have now done this - I forgot letters could be traced via bar codes, thanks for the reminder

          true copies oF aggreements - when did Bar Codes start being regulairly used I WONDER?????:beagle:
