cheque for the £30 odd pounds sent, have told them I want confirmation of the credit being applied to the account once the cheque has cleared.

waiting to see what happens with kennyparkroad ? think thats the one he has had major problems with regards to them processing data.

Well done SL, thats great news!

I used to follow KPR's thread, can't believe it's still ongoing!! He's been to the ICO already hasn't he...if I remember correctly...and they didn't help him regarding default removal.

Good luck with yours, we need to keep chipping away at these companies, they've gotten away with things their own way for far too long!

Don't visit otr much now,he is going to be taking it to court as far as I can recall he has issued another LBA,it has been going on for ages. They seem to be adamant they are allowed to process data even without a signed CCA, would be nice if he could win this one

Got confirmation today they have processed the payment and credited the account with the charges so her balance is nil.
