Changes effective from 1 June 2008:
- ATM usage abroad will incur a 2% (minimum £2) fee.
- UK non-LINK ATM usage will incur a 2% (minimum £2) fee.
- Withdrawals/Purchases abroad will incur a 2.95% conversion fee.

This nonLink ATM £2 fee - is that in addition to the machine providers fee (£1.75 or whatever it happens to be)

The surcharging machines are all LINK machines AFAIK, so only one charge would apply.

In fact, hardly any machines are not LINK machines so it's a somewhat academic charge.
