  • Yup, that's what the so in so's have done to me! As soon as I accepted the loan (like I had a choice!) they down graded me to Solo card, no overdraft, no cheque book! LOL feel like a li'l girl again with a baby account! also took 2 weeks between them sending the new card and giving me a damn pin number for it!! could'nt even use the cashpoint's! ment going into the branch everytime I needed money! LOL wonder if I should put a claim in for wasted cost's on parking fee's too LOL.
I hate going into town, only go there if I really really have to, full of grockle shops and not much else, no where to park for free, and car parks are a rip off. believe me all ammo for court though as far as I'm concerned

    • id be inclined to phone then about the clause and discuss it.i wouldnt be happy about it being on my offer at all cheeky devils.if they decline tell them you will be letting the judge know about the letter .send him a copy of it

      • As regards claiming again, I would not worry about that clause being in the settlement offer.

THE WAY FORWARD ON THESE CLAIMS, IS TO STAY POSITIVE, FOCUSED AND PATIENT, AND ALWAYS, ALWAYS BELIEVE ITS WORTH THE EFFORT, BECAUSE IT TRULY IS. WHY CHOOSE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE WHEN THERES NOTHING TO LEARN FROM THAT. THINK OF CLAIMING AS A PERSONAL CHALLENGE AND GIVE IT YOUR ALL.
