  • I got £70 charges back from Lloyds

Hi guys, a few days ago I noticed on the online banking that Lloyds had stung us for £70 charges for bouncing 2 cheques on our business account for no more than one day, in fact its probably hours.

Anyway I decided to phone our business banking manager direct (yes I have his direct number and his mobile number) and have a moan about it, and have just noticed that the £70 is reinstated back into the account.

    I call that a result

Yay, great news, nice to see that there are still some refunds taking place Hopefully it will give a little encouragement to those who are feeling disheartened.

                        Hi All,

First time here. Well done Sapphire. I am going to court on Friday at 10am with lloyds TSB. They have applied to stay the case. I live in Scotland and they refer to it as Sisting the case here. There's been some very interesting facts on this site and I am really glad I found it.

                        Cheers all.

                          Hi DavyM,
Would you like to start your own thread in the lloyds TSB forum, you can then tell us more about your claim and then let us know how you go on, on Friday.
Like you said we have some very interesting facts on here, but the more facts we get the better in the long run. Enaid x

                            hi

I have been browsing the internet today and come across this site (link removed) it claims that if yoiu signed a credit agreement before april 2007 you may be able to write the debt off.

is this true has anyone done this yet

                            thanks
                            mike

It sounds a bit too good to be true IMHO, would be nice though, it would certainly get me out of the brown stuff:tinysmile_grin_t:
