Finally got missing statements for my daughter

SAR was sent in June 2007 for 2 accounts received all for one account but there was some missing on 2nd account.After numerous letters we have received the missing statements.

still waiting for details of a loan account that went to Blair Oliver and Scott/Eos Solutions.

Sent CCA to Eos 8th august 2007

Have done a spreadsheet for 1 account, should I do them as seperate claims as they are different account numbers?

update,

have now received the statement for the loan account,but still no credit agreement.

will have to get the other spreadsheet done and get the claim in

This is for the loan account

letter dated 24/02/2007 from J&J collections on behalf of Bank of Scotland requesting full payment of account.

letter dated 20/07/2007 from Golds Solicitors threatening to take court action

Sent CCA request to Eos Solutions 8th August 2007 they haven't complied.

12/06/2008 wescot strange one will scan and post it up tomorrow.

It's odd how NONE of these letters have a time limit on them.
What happened to the, You Have SEVEN Days or By X of Month ?!?!

I have noticed that Wescotts letters of late have become very vague and don't really say anything at all.

Well you can happily file these under ignore.

I know very strange, the Westcot letter is odd looks like they are fishing ah well filed.
