Going to go N1 route, not done it that way before but as things in courts at the moment are iffy I want to be 100% I have everything possible crammed in there!

Good decision to go N1, much more thorough and organised, you'll feel much more in control.

                Good luck with it xxx
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Sorry if I'm stating the obvious but you do know the claim has to go to the Narborough address rather than Bootle?

                            Hi Macho ,

As you know I answered you in the shoutbox but will answer here too for the benefit of everyone else viewing.

Also before you print it off check that you are using the current POC as it was updated yesterday!!!

                            1) You say your OH`s account has only been opened 18 months and you already have relevant T&C`s relating to that time....... In this instance you should remove the paragraph asking for T&C`s from the POC.

                            2) If the contents or your POC will not fit into the space provided on the online N1 form ...............In the space where it asks for Particulars Of Claim write/enter the words
                            See attached sheet
Then print off the POC on a separate sheet and securely attach it to your N1 form . This reduces the risk of it going astray and causing problems .

Careful with that stapler around Mr Macho

Mochs hun - you mentioned the new POC wasnt applicable to A&L - as they are not defending on the service charge argument - I think you do still need to argue the service charge/penalty charge part in your POC.

Let us know if there are more specific issues to do with A&L.

I have just amended a POC for skeggs in lloyds if you want to see how to word the T&C paras where you have T&C's but not hrough requesting them or the clauses as in the template.

WIll try and make better info on the POC thread. Let me know your concerns re the A&L POC's too hun.

A note to Add to Tool's comments above - if you are printing the POC on a seperate sheet - ensure you put the STATEMENT OF TRUTH part at the bottom and sign it.
