i think a full subject access request is required especially notes on the account that will produce a lot of info if you believe charges are that high. Thanks for posting cos i think this is my first advice properly thread. -

Have you seen Tools enhanced DPA, very worth using for old accounts IMO.

Phoned Nat West last week. After a bit of bluffing, things sounded hopefull.
Received a letter Thurs. wanting a copy of my autograph.
Received a letter this morning.........Blaa..Blaa.. "would like to advise you that our Group Management Policy allows for the retention of six years of personal data to be held. This is within the Data Protection Act Guidelines. We do not store data beyond this period. As your account was closed more than six years ago, we are unable to help you in this instance." Hi Guys,
Nattie, I took the info into bank, and was given the account numbers, by a very supprised lady, who had no idea it could be done! They kept the piece of paper incase they needed to get anyone elses info. I sent the account numbers, the address I was living and the years the accounts were closed.
I phoned Ms Tudors department on day 42 as nothing had come. Some chap gave me all the gumph about the group management policy. I said I knew it was BS and that I would be willing to go to Court. He checked the computer, and said they hadn't been ordered and would do it immediatly, and they would be with me in ten days, back as far as 1992. Then I got the above letter.
Gotta check out Blitzkreig day 4, I'll be back!Nat West 1 £9k settled AQ stage.

Well it's now day 86 and still no info. Plenty of it's on it's way etc. etc.
