      ok quick update.....the swines have sent my account to a DCA even though account is in dispute......any clue what letter i should be sending to the DCA telling them that abbey cant pass the account to them.......help.....

        I had a look in templates and there is only the letter to tell them you are not paying, that is the one I presume you already sent them.
        I think you will either have to ring or write to them and tell them to return the account to Abbey as it is in dispute. I think I would then complain to the FO as to what they have done, you can do it on line no problem

                Right....arghhhhhh, bloody shabby.

                yet another letter about my od....finally rang them this time since they are paying no notice to my letters....told them account in dispute and once my penaltys are payed back they will get the money they are owed....
