  • Allocation Questionaire received - Advice please!

I have just received the allocation questionaire - do you think I should now approach the bank and see if they are prepared to settle out of court? Or should I just complete the questionaire, pay the £100 court cost and wait to see if they apply for a stay - at what stage would they apply for a stay?

Would appreciate some advice please (today if poss)

    Many thanks

If they are going to apply for a stay, they will do it after you have submitted your AQ.

It's probably not worth ringing Abbey, but it can't hurt to try.

        Hey Diamon

Have responded to your PM - with pretty much exactly what Amy said

If the court is applying blanket stays, or if the bank were applying for a stay, both would come after the AQ has been filed.

        Sorry
