Waiting for this test case seems to be taking forever, sigh. I'm mostly stuck because my claims have been stayed until after the outcome of the test case by Barnstaple court. There was also another claim against Nat West Credit card for 2 charges of £20. I sent the first letter in August 2007 but did not get any further due to the test case and my other claims being stayed, so I thought I'd just wait. However the charges date back to Jan and Feb 2003, does this mean that I've missed the boat as they're over 6 years old? Seems a litlle unfair as the delay was due to the test case taking so long??

Re: Helsbels v Natwest
credit card charges shouldnt be affected by the test case so I would pick those back up - you can always argue limitations if they are out of time, and if the case was wrongly stayed then limitations period still counts from when you first contacted them about it so you should be fine.#staysafestayhome
