Help needed

Hi. I have been looking over this site for 45 mins now and have eyestrain as I can't find what I am looking for.
I have been called by Centro Client Revsnue asking for £149.99 to remove some debt I have, though after reading some emails on here it says I can do this myself - but I can't find out how exactly AHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!

I am clearly not that clever and would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction or emailing me at to let me know what to do and where I am going wrong, in life in general but especially on this site.

Any help provided will ensure you go to Heaven !!

OK, can you please advise what Cento Client Review told you that you could claim for? ie PPI, charges etc...

Hi Tuttsi.

Centro Client revue wanted £149.99 to start claiming back two credit card amounts and a loan. I said I was happy to pay them the money, but I needed to rcv all the docs they intended sending. They promised to send them, but after a week they never arrived. I called them back sveeral times and asked where the docs were, but they said they don't send any until I paid as the docs were valuable.

I said this woman had promised to send them, but her manager said they can't send without money. I said I couldn't pay for something I can't see and it was becoming all very difficult !!

For whatever reason, they never did send the documents, but at least they have stopped calling me.

On the positive suide, they have given me the idea of going after these card companies and I have found your site, so it is quite a good thing really.

All I need to do is figure out how this site works, get to the instruction page telling me how to file claims myself - rather than paying someone - and hey presto...I may even get the girl and the box of chocolates if it all goes well !! But for now....I need to search for answers to another question I asked on here to start the ball rolling.......

Hello Brit I am sorry you are finding it hard to navigate the site.
The info you were looking for to help reclaim your CC charges is HERE
All the forums are headed at the top of the page no matter what forum you are in, if you click on them it will take you to that particular forum
Also if you click on Guides underneath the header that will show you where most things are.
