I'm having a few difficulties where the Abbey is concerned.
I know that they have charged me for being just a few pence short of my DD, as well as Unauthorised OD fees.
I've claimed my charges back from the Halifax once already, but it seems so long since, that I'm now rather stuck as to what letters to send, & in what order lol. Could someone please advise me on what I need to do
    :confused2:

    Hey Quartz

    Nice to see you.

I wouldn't know how to claim a lottery win but I'm sure someone does.

What exactly are you claiming for?

Hey Quartz - have a look Legal Beagles - I'll just double check its all up to date - all same as when you claimed from halifax - though now you'll end up on hold pending the end of the test case

Thanks both of you, I've found the letter library, so I've copied & pasted a couple of the first ones, so I'll be sending the first one off as soon as get chance. I'll keep you posted on what's happening with it.

So here I go again!! (as they say)
