        Re: natwest 6+ yrs

Archer, Ive just successfully received, thanks to Nattie, statements and full file copies of everything dating back to Jan 1996. So they do have the info. Can I suggest you write to Joyce Tudor at Retail Regulatory Risk. She helped me. It took about 7 weeks to get the information, but the fattest pack of statements just arrived two days ago by TNT courier, all packaged very neatly and beautifully in Thick jiffy bags. Perfect. I kept writing to Joyce Tudor and also e mailing her. So the information is available but its a case of ensuring youre chasing the right person for the information. I have to say I think its a case of a lot of the staff are not aware that they can go back that far. I suggest you word a letter to Joyce asking for FULL SAR, not just a case of statements thank you very much, and I know you will get what youve asked for. Its a case of being patient though. Mine are all here, just spent the morning going through them all and am rather disappointed they only come to £760.00, lol lol lol. But NVM, Im gunning for them again. Sending prelim today recorded to the lovely Mr. Higley. And they comprise of 99% of pre six year charges and about 10 charges from 2006. And Ive added contractual compounded at 29.50%, just for good measure. I dont expect I will get it, but no harm in trying. Lol xxxx

Best of Luck hun. If you need a copy of the letter I sent to Joyce Tudor, or e mail addys or addresses or anything, just let me know and I will be there like a shot.

Best of luck. Get back whats yours. AGAIN.............. and the fab thing is Archer, its nowhere near as scarey the second time around because our confidence has grown in mountains. Lol xxxxxxxxx Fendy xxxxx

          Re: natwest 6+ yrs

I know the answer is wrong cos our statement team at source said 10 years and even that bit i know is wrong. Telephony stop reading the websites and learn about Data Protection Act and YOUR RIGHTS UNDER it. Make sure if you deal with them you give them the website address. RRR know it and so should all members of staff.

              Re: natwest 6+ yrs

Certainly my friend. Hassle her, but in a nice way.

              Its:

              Joyce.Tudor@rbs.co.uk

but also follow it up with a letter sent recorded delivery direct to her at Retail Regulatory Risk. If you need the address, just let me know.

She can and will provide pre 6 year stuff but you have to ask for FULL SAR as well as statements. Dont panic, you will get you what you need after about 6-8 week wait. Honest. Promise. Fendy xxxx
