    Have successfully got back my abbey charges in 2007-have now submitted another claim up till march 2009,have now incurrs more charges can I inform them and add them to my last claim or can I make a seperate claim or can I not claim again?

    Yes you can providing you haven't got your claim stayed in the County Court system.
    Are you in financial hardship as that is a route open to you?
    For example, if you priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities) you may be able to ask that they look at the claim earlier.

      No-not in financial hardship,but doI add it to the last claim (how do I do this) or putting in another claim?

        Did you file a claim at County Court on the last one or did you write to the bank only?

            In that case, if they gave you a reference number on the acknowledgement letter quote that but with the new charges.
