  • Charges not been deducted yet?

    Hi guys,

Doing the schedule of charges for my second claim as we speak and up to the last charge.

It's another Maintenance Charge, schedule to be deducted on 31st March (this month).

Can I stick that into my charges template as well or do I have to wait until the 31st has passed before completing and sending of the letter and charges spreadsheet?

    Thanks!

oooo I just answered you on MSE lol.

leave it off and call them and ask them to reverse the charge.

you can add it on later, once its actually been taken if they don;t reverse it

I don't see any harm in including it now, if this is only the prelim then there's still the LBA to send in a couple of weeks time, by which time it will be then end of March anyway. Or you could not include it, then add it on when you send your LBA. As Natwest (presume it is Natwest?) won't pay up anyway it's not going to make much difference.

        Thanks guys.

Amethyst, I included it anyway, as I had already done so and couldn't be bothered to re-edit it . I'm ridiculously lazy!

Hopefully what Wendy said will happen!

        Thanks guys!

pmsl...aye it won't matter as they probably won't look at it till its been charged. But officially you can't reclaim something yet to be charged.
