A warm welcome to Legal beagles. Yes you can reclaim again. THe bank cannot close your account because of charges. If you are suffering financial Hardship then the bank may pay out sooner than the conclusion of the OFT test case. If not then still write in and claim but you will have to wait for the conclusion of the OFT test case.

Did you get the charges back after July 2007 ? What were the terms of your settlement ?

Yes you can claim any charges incurred after your settlement with no problem.
