    c) The claimant claims interest under section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at the rate of 8% per annum, from the date of each charge as detailed on the attached schedule of charges to 20/4/2007 of £1,641.58 and also interest at the same rate up to the date of judgment or settlement at a daily rate of £24.9% per day

    Thats a bit wrong.

Whats the 8% interest column total on your spreadsheet ?
Whats the charges only totalon your spreadsheet ?

The per day rate is CHARGES TOTAL x 0.00022 = pence per day (write it as £0.45)

just double check your figures...you cans end me your spreadsheet to check if you like.

My charge value total is £1,350

the other 220.00 is court fees.
This schedule was the one done on moneysaving expert and has been sent already to court, lloyds and solicitors,
I intend to use the lb spreadsheet that I was helped to download last night and will have to go right through the charges again and list what they were for, plan to do this tomorrow or over weekend definately.

            yes

            charges £1350

            thus daily rate is
            1350 x 0.00022

              Ame,

(this may be duplicated pressed wrong key) at the 11th hour, its happened didnt log on yesteday needed a break. The total amount including court fees went into my partners account on Friday morning!!!!

I dont see your advise as a waste of time for me at all as I am so much more in control of my 2 claims that are on the go behind the one just won. I will now prepare the Poc for my 2nd Lloyds claim which is a business account sole trader and for my Abbey which is already coming up to its day 14 at court and had no acknowledgement.

I will post where I am on two new threads. does each forum have its own Mod?

I guess all that I need to do now is send the dj a letter letting them know that the payment has been received in full and final settlement?

again thanks so much for your tolerance and continuous questions from me.

I hope you will still be able to assist when I get my new thread re the Lloyds business account on the site.

              xx Skeggsy
