How many times has Barclays been taken to court as a defendant?
Barclays' rap sheet

That is something you would have to FOI the registry trust for - it would only show where judgments were made against the bank though - although whether they'd disclose it now due to commercial sensitivity I'm not sure. HMCTS only keeps records of claimants ( and again have stopped providing that info under FOI ) We managed to get some info back in 2008 from the registry trust at which point there was about £767,000 worth of unsatisfied judgments against Barclays - not very useful I'm afraid.
This is the 2008 info https://legalbeagles.info/SHARON/REG...08_Beagles.pdf#staysafestayhome

Thank you for the pdf - really decent. Given that court cases are open to the public, then isn't public disclosure/record of proceedings a natural concomitant?
Regarding the Barclays' "rap sheet". Isn't there any redress against these judgements or an enforcement procedure?
I presume a defence against a claim by Barclays that "You never pay your debts" is invalid?
