  • Natwest Pre Advice

I do my banking with Natwest on line. A new feature is that you can view pre advice for charges and interest. I also receive this advice by post.

This month for my joint account I received a paperstatement with pre advice of interest and charges and on line I could also receive this information.

On my single account I received no paper statement or advice on line.

Should I be making a fuss about this or just wait and see what happens next month?

    Hey pink xx

Is the single account the same type of account as the joint account (ie you dont have advantage or something with the joint account)

Can't hurt to ring and ask why you havent got it on the single account. Is it active ?

The joint account is advantage, single is current account.
I rang them and they said they couldn't explain it and its a legal requirement to let me know of charges and interest and they will look into it further if it happens again.

The on line banking technical team dont know why I didnt get the information and will get back to me.
This information only took 30 minutes on the phone and 4 different people to try and resolve it:mmph:

Thanks for the advice Ame and enjoy the snow. xx
