Can't do any harm to ring them, but tell them you will be putting it in writing as well. Just in case they don't understand what you're on about when you phone them.

Ame is off for a few days, CB is away, I am in work all day and have a meeting from 11-2, plus the boss is likely to be looking over my shoulder. So don't panic if one of us doesn't answer your posts straight away, soemone will be around to help.

I am a bit confused about the N224 form, what exactly is it for and do I have to pay a fee? Sorry to be a pain, I know how busy you all are.

the n244 is to do an amendment.
Download the form here:The requested resource (/HMCSCourtFinder/tiles/Her Majesty's Courts Service -Forms and Guidance) is not available

to familarise yourself with it. Yes - there will be a fee. Are you exempt from fees possibly??
Amethyst is suggesting you amend your redetermination application - to one of strike out (as a duplicate).
If you can pop the letter that Amethyst is suggesting in post #43 into the post today (by signed for delivery as a minimum) - the rest can wait 24 hours or so!
Dont worry ruby - you are in good hands

You don't have to not work to qualify for remission or exemption from court fees, you just have to show that to pay the fees would cause you hardship.

The fee for submitting an N244 if you are liable for fees is currently £30

Hi everyone I am back again I am desperate for some help here!! I wrote to the court asking for the redetermination hearing to be changed to remove the judgment, this was sent on the 3/11, heard nothing back so just called the court, they say they have not received my letter even though it was sent recorded(and has been delivered), and the lady said that it was slightly unusual that Natwest are pusuing both me and OH separetly but that they can do this. She suggested that I turn up for the hearing armed with all my and OH paperwork and see what the judge says, she also said to call Natwest and point out to them that they are pursuing us both through different solicitors and see what they say. I have just called Natwest who say they are perfectly in their rights to do this and that to do this strengthens their case against us and they could not do anything about it now.
I am terrified and in tears as I am writing this, I am totally out of my comfort zone and desperatly need some help!!!

                              ((((((((((((((((((((((hug))))))))))))))))))))))

                              calm down honey

natwest are idiots they can't take the money off of you twice.

If they want you to go to the hearing then we will do you a witness statement to send in 7 days before, explaining everything to the Judge. Then you won't have much talking to do as the judge will have read all the information before hand

Have to pick kids up now but be back in an hour. Please don't worry we'll sort it out.
