    Hellp
I was on another site as well as this one for some time last year; right up until it was time to file in court; then to find they were all being stayed; so I stopped my claim! I suppose hoping that the OFT case and all would be sorted quickly! yeah right who was I kidding!!

Anyhow I am still being charged for going overdrwan and it is driving me bloody mad! I have had so many rows with them at the Abbey and they are just not budging at all... I said to them that it is a vicious circle you go overdrawn a few quid and they sting you for major amounts and then you dont have enough to ay your bills and here you are again with charges.

I am now at the stage of should I file my info to court and wait in a long long long que with everyone else OR sit tight until its all over???

Any help and advice would be appreciated.... I will be watching this site very closely again; I am raring to go again

Whatever happens you'll still have to file a claim, so you may as well get in the queue.

You should maybe re-send your LBA if it was a very long time ago.

Yes, I would imagine your figures are different now in any case if they are still charging you.

I would re-send the LBA and include the new charges.

              Hi Flangies,

              Welcome to Legal Beagles.

So that we can offer proper advice would it be possible to post up copies of the letters and responses that you have already sent and received with Abbey.

Also do you consider that you may be a financial hardship candidate?

We are having some success in getting interim payouts from Abbey for hardship claimants.

You can read about financial hardship claims here http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ad.php?t=10053

                  Hello
I am about to send LBA again with mew charges added to Abbey; however I have one question the original letter was charges from January 2001 to May 2007. As this is a six year period; am I able to add recent charges since on to the letter? as it is over the six year period

                  Any help much appreciated

ok thank very much; I have attached it; please feel free to amend as necessary. If I put the amount listed on previous LBA sent with interest; where will I need to add the new charges and interest?

Thank you very much once again

                          xx
