    If all you need is your statements, then save yourself the £10 for the SAR. I took this from the Natwest website. I've tried it and it does work, albeit you can't do 6 years all in one go, you have to do 12 months at a time.

    You'll notice we've made a few changes to improve our online banking facility. For example, you will now be able to view up to 6 years worth of account statement and transaction history. To view a statement, simply visit the 'Statement' section.

      Yes but only if statements are the only thing you require from a SAR often other info is needed and it goes without saying that they should provide all the personal data relating to you as a data subject.
