  • I Have A Question Please!!!

Me and my partner have a joint loan with natwest recently we have missed a couple of payments of £176 and have been charged £75 because of the missed payment. The loan comes out of our current account the same as a direct debit so is this charge covered by the bank test case?

Have you been charged the £75 on your loan or by your account for bounced DD ?
