Anyone got any idea's why the wasted costs order would not get anywhere??
At the beginning of all this Natwest said in a letter...."see you in court then!"
          They haven't fulfilled SAR request....
          They settled days before hearing....
          The cheque still hasn't cleared....
And I still had to pay out £200 or so pounds in ink, postage, etc.....
          God I am annoyed.......

We don't want this judge for any of us then do we? What a one sided individual he is.
This is what I can't understand how can one judge decide one thing and another the opposite, it's just not right.

                Sorry for you mate
Its a bit hit and miss with the Judges at the moment
I have 2 apps for costs going at present, both for settled claims.
Have spoke to the court and the Judge is going to look at my figures

I would consider bringing this whole episode to the finacial ombudsman!!

might not get you anywhere.... but a good way to vent your anger a bit maybe

                      Oh well.......trick up sleeve time.....lol
Now then......Cobbetts sent confirmation letter that the settlement was for me to drop the case 7SS00620 for .........£1494.......they settled at £2131.37......
We had been negotiating further charges added to my account snce filing claim...
But court wouldn't let me add them to my claim amount!
So if cobbetts only settled the case.......can I claim for the further charges as cobbetts didn't make any reference to it in their settlement??????
                      lol...........

Veilside (Russ) before you even consider going further I would think very seriously and take advice, personally I would ask Cetelco for his opinion, if he don't know he will know someone who will know. Honestly hun be careful.

But he didn't seem interested in anything but they had already settled.....
                                Miserable old G*t.......lol
