        Thanks all of you......off to court now.....
        I will be back about 3.30- 4pm.....if all goes well.....lol
        I just printed out Financial Ombudsman rulings on banks closing customers accounts....
        Natwest just closed mine this week.....found out today.....they want cheque book and card cut up....lol
        We will see.......lol

                        Well that was a waste of time.....
                        Judge dismissed the case as I had settled.....
                        Didn't think Natwest or Cobbetts were unreasonable in their approach to the claim...
                        So he told me not to bother putting in wasted costs order...."You won't win!"....were his words!
                        As for why they had requested I turn up???
                        He said that Natwest were free to shut my account down if they so wished.....
                        Can't believe that........wouldn't listen at all......about SAR's non compliance, blackmail, etc......
                        AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!

                              well what an utter load of twaddle! to be polite! you can cliam for them shutting your account down its about £250 theres someone u can complain too
                              so what he was saying is yes they are above the law bugger off and let them carry on blackmailing people and stealing their money and theres nothing u can do about it!

Don't these people EVER listen....... you told em allready you'd settled..... god i hope they don't do that to me.
