Veilside its nothing to worry about but from what I can tell PLENTY FOR NATWEST AND COBBETTS TO WORRY ABOUT. At the end of the day if you have decided to settle than thats it. The judge cant push you onward if you dont want to go onward. I tend to think hes going to make Cobbetts squirm and probs give em a roasting over the potential blackmail thingy. And also I would not be surprised in the least if he awards you more money i.e. wasted costs order AND SAR non compliance compensation. So look all sad and lost, be very very articulate and polite, best suit, not too expensive though, you dont want him thinking youre a rich geezer who doesnt need the extra spondoolies................ keep calm, and just look very down and harrassed................. I tend to think this is only going to go in your favour my friend. More money, fantastic. I would bet my FMB's on it, more money for veilside.........................
