Re: 1st credit -£18k statutory demand please help

Just spoken to Celestine and she's tied up on other cases today but has your details and will get back to you tomorrow. Your stat demand was received on 24th Feb which means you have to the 14th to submit set aside so you are fine time wise so try not to worry, you have done everything right so far, but hold off on returning the forms for the moment. You sent the CCA request on the 27th Feb? they have 12 + 2 days to come back to you on that, if they don't they are, pretty much, stuffed.

            Statutory Demand Withdrawn :tinysmile_kiss_t4:
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Re: 1st credit -£18k statutory demand please help

                  Hi everyone
I wanted to say a massive massive thank you for all the help and support this site provided. As you can see from the above post it's been stopped!
The relief is overwhelmingly- I'm actually smiling!!! (First time in over a month)
Thank you very very much for all your Posts, recommendations and general support especially to Kate.
It 's hard to explain how scared and desperate I felt when I received the Sat demand. With no knowledge or understanding of these things I felt like it was game over.
Having this support and now getting this stopped has made me focus again and be able to look at all my debts with a clear head.
Kate was so helpful, friendly and she stopped me feeling so embarrassed and ashamed of the situation.
It's amazing- a weight has been lifted!!!
Thank you -thank you- thank you
