When did you last make any payment towards this CDF company? Try to be exact.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

The debt may be statute barred if it was defaulted 6 or more years ago. Do not admit to the debt.

      Some dates would be helpful.

Well thats a very good start. OK, so this should be time barred under The Limitation Act 1980.

If you look in my signature below, you'll see that I deal with these demands professionally. If you email me a copy of the stat demand and your full contact details, I'm sure I'll be able to help you resolve this.

Re: statutory demand from wright hassle..HELP.....

Obviously your first priority is the set aside of this Statutory Demand - in which case I'd recommend contacting Kate (Celestine) ( read http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ands-READ-HERE which has her email address in )

It would have been a consumer credit agreement that you signed so first job is to send a CCA request off to CDF - http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...y-of-Agreement

There should be details of your cancellation rights as well on the credit agreement, but regardless your strongest defence is that the debt is statute barred under the limitations act.

Have you checked your credit file too - Noddle is a good free service - see if it shows up on there, if so there might be issues want sorting out along the line.

Do you recall who the 'course' was run by, was it Skillstrain or Train 4 Skills ?

Okay, Train 4 Skills are quite well known for these slightly dodgy 'courses' and used both barclays partner finance and career development finance, so if we don't have the statute barring defence, and they happen to have all the paperwork (pretty unlikely) there is likely to be a good argument anyway. You're in good hands with Kate
