sadly i hate to say it, but, thats BW Legal im afraid

They will make you bankrupt and if its a vanquis card, the default notice will be bad i do believe.

Have you spoken to kate about this yet?

Yup I'm looking into this one :beagle:
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

letter received from bw legal today ....in response to my cca request ...posted on 9th july .....it reads as follows ...and i quote ,," our client ( lovell is in receipt of your request for documentation under sections 77 ( 1 )..and 78 ( 1 )....of the consumer credit act..Our client may have to refer your request to your original creditor ......( vanquis )...we will seek to to ensure that the information you have requested is provided within 12 working days ...However this is contingent on receiving the documentation from the original creditor ( vanquis )....within the aforementioned timescale "......is this good news ....????????:ranger:

impossible to say, it's better than them having just sent you the agreement.....and they need to do that before they can get a judgment or a stat demand through. xxx

This will depress you sorry. The 12+2 day deadline is a little bit pointless now as there is no sanction other than after that timescale they are in default of the request and unable to enforce the judgment.... they can come up with the agreement at pretty much any point in the future and enforce the debt. So it's a case of hoping they don't come up with it before you are passed the statute barring timescales of 6 years from last payment or acknowledgement. ( bringing a stat demand DOESN'T reset the clock so you can ignore that for calculating the 6 yrs)

What's the actual position with this now?

Are you paying £30 a month to keep the petition at bay?

(sorry just been reading back a bit)

Ok once you are passed the 14 days maybe give Kate a call about this petition hanging over you because you might be able to use non compliance to get that ditched somehow.
