Maybe they just like trying to stress people out at Christmas.

Maybe reply to their letter and remind them you've been through this before, actually, is it the same letter again http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...484#post392484 ? If so do the same as you did last year ( Post #6 ? ) really and don't panic.

It is definitely a tactic of Worst Credit to do this around Christmas time when people are stressed and solicitors are closed. It's just another cynical attempt to get you to phone their telephone threat monkeys. These bullying barstewards need reported again.

          Hi everyone,

Thank you Amethyst and ODC for your replies.
The letters that they have been sending me threatening the STATUATORY demands are more or less the same as last year ones.

I have received another one today, stating that I have not replied to their previous correspondence and give me seven days to reply. The letter is dated the 08/12/14.

Personally I want to reply with a very strongly worded letter about their threat and use of STATUATORY demands as a debt collection tool and would like some help drafting one, if this is recommended.

I also need to reply very quickly as the latest letter has given me 7 days to reply and although I received it today it is dated 08/12/14.

I also would be grateful for some clarification about what I need to do now, in the event of a STATUATORY demand being issued, given that Celestine is off on maternity leave.

          Thanx

          PHANTOM
