      Ace. How much have the council confirmed the actual debt outstanding is (ie how long are you going to be paying your £10 a month for )

      Also do you have a reduction in your Council Tax due to your ESA now and can you keep up with the current and future CT payments going forward as well as the £10 a month paying off the debt ?

        Thanks The original debt was 340 which includes 75 court costs another 75 for something else (cant remember what she said) and then Jacobs have charged me 225 unsure what the charge is for, I presume its to cover there costs chasing me over the debt I have a letter in the post with all details. So going be paying the 10 a week for a while a payment schedule is being sent in the post, and yes we get so much CT paid for us for being on benefits. This years CT goes out via DD ive not missed a payment and ill just have to manage to pay it all I don't see I have much choice
