Enforcement sector sees launch of Court Enforcement Services

Court Enforcement Services Limited, the latest entrant to the enforcement industry, says it will offer a “new way of thinking” and a “fresh, modern and personal approach” to its clients.
Following the recently applied legislation from Tribunals, Court and Enforcement Act 2007, Court Enforcement Services says its formation represents “a new generation of company which will be transparent, accountable and professional”.
The company says it will operate in the area of High Court Enforcement and Civil Enforcement relating to commercial property and land, such as Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) and incorporate all the recently introduced new legislation into their business.
The new company says its executive team bring a “wealth of experience” to the High Court enforcement sector and adds that it will focus on compliance to the new regulation and quality of service.

Very reminiscent of the Burlington bullies if memory serves me right.

I am aware of evictions where alleged bailiffs have acted for clients who are clearly trying to side-step due legal process, through the lay advocacy work I do away fro LB. I am also aware of evictions carried out using fraudulent court documents.

The development Amethyst has highlighted needs close monitoring.

Definitely needs monitoring, in that case.
