Re: County court judgement
If it is a debt against a limited company, only goods belonging to the company can be lawfully seized. Does the company have premises from which it trades? If so, HCEOs can force entry and remove goods belonging to the company. They are not allowed to force entry to residential property. They are also not permitted to seize third party goods, that is, goods belonging to someone other than the actual debtor.
Legal documents served on a company are always served at the company's registered office address in order for the documents to be deemed served.Life is a journey on which we all travel, sometimes together, but never alone.
