      Make sure those pictures of the Busted & Stupid EA sat on the bonnet fag in grid go to the CEO leader Mp and all the bigwigs copied into that Formal Complaint, mind you if they appeared on Photobucket......

        Hi Bunnyface,

        I'm delighted you got your issue resolved and apologise for not finding time until now to come on here to read how things went.

        In terms of complaint, I think your initial approach should be to your council AND B&S cc'd to your Councillor and MP (and pursued to ensure a response) pointing out the vicarious liability and picking key phrases and extracts from the link blow:

        All bailiffs / EA's are expected to follow these, and as you read you'll see the many areas where they have failed in your case. The council should do something about this, and it is that aspect I would try to pursue. If they are awkward and you feel able to go to the local press, do so. You can guarantee you won't be the only one in this situation.

        I'm REALLY pleased for you and your family you resolved things with the council, I know first hand just how stressful it is. Good luck and shout if you want any help putting a complaint together! :tinysmile_twink_t2:
