Looks like Jamie Waller will have to grin and bear it after the Panorama programme tonight can go ahead

would have to assume that the bailiffs have done something bordering on the dodgy whilst being filmed, otherwise jamie waller surely wouldn't of gone to the bother of trying to get it stopped. guess we will have to wait a few hours and see!

I hope certain people have been filmed without their knowledge so people can see what they are like without the retakes and scripting and nicey niceness of the daytime tv shows.

Well that was a bit weak tbh. Didn't really come to a conclusion and nothing more will be done.

Yes sadly not enough, should have been dbroadcast after 9pm watershed, and been an hour long. Kaminsky from Newlyn should go to jail,

As to the LAs they are in denial, and the new regime will make things worse.

This has scared the life out of me, it seems no matter who I complainabout the bailiffs they can do as they please and no matter if the law is on my side they will get away with it. :-/

Should have booted them, mind you looking at the fees racked up, wonder if Harrow and the other councils getting a kickback from their bailiffs fees would get their cut of those juicy storage fees with their dodgy kickback

Thanks for the link EXC, bailiffs will always look to fleece until seizing and selling goods for debt is abolished I fear, so the newly rebranded Enforcement Agents with their Taking Control of Goods will be no different. Presumably if a debtor will not let them in to Take control of squat, and they don't have motor, apart from the new higher fees payable at the first knock they are just as firked if debtor won't deal.
