Re: Capital Contribution Order - Rossendales - Legal Aid

Okay. Has more than 21 days lapsed since the end of proceedings in the courts?

    UPDATE

Okay. Just seen your further posts. I would recommend you speak to a solicitor asap. Also, ask Rossendales to suspend all action whilst you seek legal advice and request a copy of the legal aid application. This is what Help112 has done. Read their posts. Rossendales are not exactly known for being accurate in what they say.

I have to check my letters to make sure. Within 21 days or not makes difference?

Just came out of my solicitors office. He said we have no chance to challenge. Have to pay because I have 90K including savings and investment property to get hands on. Things all gone wrong scince that morning. Feel so sad!!!!

Can you arrange to pay by installments or release some of the equity on the home or some of your savings to get this paid ?

Seems to me the longer it drags on the longer it will take for you to get some sort of closure and be able to start looking forwards.

I am sorry to hear the news you have had from your solicitor. However, do take note of what Amethyst has said.

Re: Capital Contribution Order - Rossendales - Legal Aid

Once all options of appeal have gone its time to concentrate on clearing the Debt before Rossendales get more aggressive in their collection activities.
I have to feel for the OP with what they have gone through now this its never ending time for closure .

Thank you all for your kindly reply. Really appreciated. I think I will get a bank loan to pay for it. Almost all my money had gone to property investment. And there are tenants in there. Can't pass my pressure onto anyone else.
