Thank you for that. The Marstons Ref No is just that. The Court case Ref No will be the CCJ No and looking at it is probably from 2013 or 2003, would either of these years tie in with what you said about a mobile phone contract - might be a year or two earlier.

Have to go to work shortly but will be back, in the meantime you are going to have ask Marstons for the Writ No.

Have you checked with Registry Trust, does cost a small amount? Which Credit Agency have you used to check your file?

but it states on this letter the debt is for £507 so how can they just magically add 100 quid to push it over the 600 mark

The High Court reference is for enforcement only and apart from being registered as such at the High Court then any other action is taken within the County Court and it is only the CCJ that will be listed. The original Judgment will have been for the £507, when the Judgment costs are then added it magically becomes over £600 and can then be transferred to the High Court for enforcement.

Confusing yes but there again there is nothing fair in the Justice game particularly if you are the Defendant.

As I am currently at court with marstons over child abuse under a form 4 compliant i would not advise this rote as you have not enough evidence
However Marstons have declared to oxford combined court that they now carry body cams But turn off if children are around
And wanting the best for my young girl who made the complaint 4 i have been doing some case law research

It is currently legal to strike a bailiff over the head with a milk bottle if he places his foot in your door and you have made it clear to him or her to leave or remove it You can not be convicted of assault as he should not be in there
Do not let them in your home
Milkman are a bit more expensive now days but a safer option to have by the door case law states this poor bailiff had loads of stitches
                                lol
please check with other members before you strike him
