Something strange to say the least. The Court details that Marstons gave you - did they give you both CCJ No & Writ No? If CCJ can you tell me what the first 3 letters/numbers of it are?

                Re: Help plz marstons balliffs

For this to have gone this far there has to have been an original CCJ against you. It must not be a debt that is regulated by the Consumer Credit Act as only County Court Bailiffs can deal with those. If the CCJ goes unpaid then the Creditor is allowed to chose a form of Enforcement of which employing a HCEO is one. They have to provide details of the CCJ number to do this and an application to the High Court results in the Writ being issued.

The reference number should be the Writ Number. It may have been issued by Capquests Solicitors? Of concern is the point you say there is nothing on your Credit History for this - suggests it may have been in different name, maiden name perhaps or the original debt was Statute Barred which as far as I am aware is a complete defence in itself.

Could you send me Marstons Ref No & the Court Case Ref No by PM?
