And the bailiff is what Penelope called her husband at the end of the clip you posted, Cloggy.

The courts wont tell me anything. Apart from me getting a letter from my health care professional.

They should have suspended the warrant when you informed them the bailiff letter was the first you knew about the conviction or fine. I will post up the contact details for the Area Enforcement Team at Plymouth later.

Your doctor must be somewhat obtuse if he needs a letter from Court to tell him what he needs to do if you explained it to him.
The Black rat (Rattus rattus) is a common (hence the accusation of being Pleb) long-tailed rodent of the genus Rattus (rats) in the subfamily Murinae (murine rodents). The species originated in tropical Asia and spread through the Near East in Roman times (another thing that we ought to thanks the Romans for, besides roads, aqueducts and public toilets) before reaching Europe by the 1st century and spreading with Europeans across the world.

A mutation of the beast now comes black leather clad, riding a motorcycle that looks like a battenbergh cake on wheels.

A skilled predator, totally ruthless with it's prey, but also known to be extremely generous in doling out tickes that can provide points for motorists who want to downsize from mechanically propelled vehicles to bycicles.

Dr Muppet needs to send them a letter stating you are in the third trimester of pregnancy, ands therefore you and baby are at risk if muppet marstons carry on trying to extract money, when they could end up drowned in broken waters, if thery shock you unduly

                  Re: bailiff issues

Might that result in the birth of a future bailiff?

I'd say that whatever sense that bailiff might once have had, was lost when it trickled down his mother's legs.

                    Re: bailiff issues

Okay. The contact details for the HMCTS South West Area Enforcement Team are as follows -

                    Email: De-BodminMCEnf@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk
                    Tel.: 01752 641470

In the subject box of your email browser put "For attn. of Senior Enforcement Manager or Service Delivery Manager".

At the head of the email put the following details -

                    Your Full Name
                    Your Current Address
                    Your Date of Birth
                    Court Reference

Explain the situation as concisely as possible, making particular reference to the following facts -

                    1. That the first you knew of any fine, conviction or proceedings was when Marstons turned up; and
                    2. The number of weeks you are into your pregnancy.

Very important, make sure you include contact telephone numbers.

Area Enforcement Teams are, on the whole, very helpful.

                    Action this asap, preferably, today.

                    Hope this helps.
