I had an email from the bailiff co confirming that my vehicle was exempt as a tool of my trade. The bailiff co now says its not. can they change their decision.

Sorry but I'm not a mind reader. Need to know more about how this came about, Council Tax, PCN, HCEO? Could be the levy is invalid, did you receive a Form 7 - Notice of Seizure?
