Posted on behalf of new user - missbee73 xx

Received a letter from JBW over parking ticket, I called and shared that I am a vulnerable client, depression on return to work initive for lone parents, on medication and still very shaky. I have communicated in every way possible, tried logging onto there ecustomer care site, to upload documents which office said i needed, I did. SOme unknown reason there system would not allow it, so i decided to send via there 2 email addresses.
Woke up to find baliff lettter with my car listed as goods to sieze.

I called baliff, expalined waiting on office getting back to me, he said i need to call back office, I did, danny the office said he cant do anything untill documents received, could take up 10 days????? in the meantime what happens to me and my car is in there rights.. ????

Although we live in a world of uploading and scanning and email it still 1 7 - 10 turnaround regardless im a vulnerable client. My bill from 215 is now 420... And can still go up whilst waiting to assess if you vulnerable or not... thsi is over a parking ticket that I paid for yet in a wrong zone... how we just being conned left right and center

    please help

    Hi Amethyst,

Does this involve Plymouth City Council, by any chance? I do know that Plymouth CAB are watching JBW like hawks and a number of PCC councillors are seeking information about JBW's activities. JBW commenced a contract with PCC on 1 May 2013.

Most likely vulnerable then, as single parent, are you a mobile hairdersser? if so it is arguable that you cannot do that work using public transport or a cycle, whatever the bailiffs claim.

How old is the car, what is it worth and is it on HP? If on HP or a lease they cannot touch it, if it is in the banger category, it probably isn't worth enough at auction to cover the PCN, and all fees if sold.

Can you please expand on this sentence
The Black rat (Rattus rattus) is a common (hence the accusation of being Pleb) long-tailed rodent of the genus Rattus (rats) in the subfamily Murinae (murine rodents). The species originated in tropical Asia and spread through the Near East in Roman times (another thing that we ought to thanks the Romans for, besides roads, aqueducts and public toilets) before reaching Europe by the 1st century and spreading with Europeans across the world.

A mutation of the beast now comes black leather clad, riding a motorcycle that looks like a battenbergh cake on wheels.

A skilled predator, totally ruthless with it's prey, but also known to be extremely generous in doling out tickes that can provide points for motorists who want to downsize from mechanically propelled vehicles to bycicles.
