    The ATR fees are unlawful/fraudulent. Period. You are only required to pay lawful fees, i.e. those in accordance with legislation. Ignore any crap from JBW and LB of Bexley about them being in accordance with legislation. In fact, let the idiots hang themselves by stating, in writing, the fees are in accordance with legislation.

      Once you have this in writing swet the rottweilers on them, as in report the suckers.
