At the bottom of the thread there is a box for a reply. If you click on "go advanced" then it should be able to take a PDF or JPEG image from your computer.

EDIT: on GO ADVANCED there is a bit to "manage attachments" and that is how you upload files to the post.

As previously requested, post a scan of the document.

      Their exact phraseology is important.

Failing to provide your employment details to the local authority or their agents (rossendales - who are allowed by certain councils to serve attachment of earnings orders) can indeed end up in the potential of being fined for with-holding said information upto the maximum of £1000.
the OP really needs to provide the information to either the council or rossendales ASAP to avoid this potentially costly action.

Who is this Peter? is he blue? But seriously, it looks like they are going for an AOE so it needs to be addressed and given the choice i would provide the info to the council.

just for clarity are you working or on benefits?

Sorry ain't got a clue, now if someone was planning an old style bank job, they would need a Peterman, but they would likely be found in sarf Lahndon rather than Stratford.

You need to concentrate more. Stratford on Avon = William Shakespeare aka The Bard - has penny dropped.

Yes thanks ploddertom, I have seen plays by the Bard in the round at Stratford, but I was playing on the idea of a peterman as in a safecracker.

Many people of unaware of the vast range of services that a "contractor" may undertake for the local authority under the:
Local Authorities (Contracting Out of Tax Billing, Collection and Enforcement Functions) Order 1996

The reason why the local authority will be seeking "financial information" is to determine whether they can use this information to apply to have the council tax arrears deducted at source under an Attachment of Earnings Order.

If the debtor is unemployed or self employed there is little to worry about in providing the information.
