Exept you are paying, paying the council direct just not dossers, who have no right in law to demand you pay them.

at long last i have a email from the council saying the debt has been past back to them after a year and they are prepared for a offer so it shows ignore bailiff letters etc pay small regular ammounts direct to council email them regular asking for the debt to go back and after all the harassment it will
