It would be interesting to learn how Steven Joseph Dalrymple hoped to justify charging £200 more.

He wanted to support poor old Mrs Dalrymple who worked in Mongo's kitchen in the dirty fork sketch perhaps? Or he is a lying greedy chancer, one of the two.

These are the breakdown in charges that I have received from Pheonix. Anyone throw any light as to whether these are legal please? Thanks. Oh and Phoenix are saying I owe £311 whereas the bailiff is saying £406. so who do I believe?

03/09/2012 Visit fee 2 18.00
10/10/2012 Attendance / Van 210.00
10/10/2012 Levy fee 53.00
25/4/2013 Attendance/van 115.00

These are the breakdown in charges that I have received from Pheonix. Anyone throw any light as to whether these are legal please? Thanks. Oh and Phoenix are saying I owe £311 whereas the bailiff is saying £406. so who do I believe?
16/07/2012 Costs 129.00 - is this what you owed on the Liability Order
15/08/2012 Visit fee 1 24.50 - providing the visit took place then correct
03/09/2012 Visit fee 2 18.00 - as above
10/10/2012 Attendance / Van 210.00 - cannot be charged at same time as levy
10/10/2012 Levy fee 53.00 - this seems to suggest outstanding of approx £1000, were you also left Notice of Seizure
25/4/2013 Attendance/van 115.00 - only if he has a valid levy & only if he attended with a vehicle capable of removing said items

How many times did he attend between 10/10/12 & 25/4/13? Were you making any payments between these dates?

yesterday was the first time I had heard from them since October! I have made the required payments in between these dates, except for the lesser payment in feb.

·On 10 October 2012 at approximately 11:28, subsequently made an Attendance/Van call at your property.
·On 11 October 2012 at approximately 15:55, made another Bailiff call to your property.
·On 25 April 2013 at approximately 12:53, Mr Steven Dalrymple made an Attendance/Van call to your property. Mr Dalrymple was certificated at Croydon County Court.
This is what they have sent in the email so their dates don't even match up correctly!
