I know it is off the Op's issue, but in the wider sphere of Crapita's operations, the way TV Licensing is run, with their rampaging Enforcement Salesmen duping people into a confession on the doorstep "under caution" is abhorrent, there have been several crooked ones found out when they prosecuted an innocent non TV owner, on made up evidence in South Wales, who only knew about a fine when the bailiff turned up. Time the TV Tax was abolished it belongs back in the Analogue Age of the 20th century.

The advice not to go to court is like a summary motoring fine with a guilty plea entered by default if someone doesn't attend, so they don't want their cosy criminal stitch up challenged, TVL cases being dealt with en masse like Council tax Lo's

I think you will find that it is more than several corrupt Capita employees, bb. Capita is a commercial entity that is rotten and rotten to the core. It needs breaking up or, better still, made the subject of a compulsory winding-up order.

A happy day would be when both Capita AND Marstons were compulsorily wound up by the Courts, there would be street parties nationwide in celebration. Wonder how far Julia Middleton's Common Purpose infests Capita? they act like a bunch of Common purpose graduates acting ultra vires as a matter of course as if it is their right to ignore the law.

You can spot CP graduates very easily. When you challenge them, they become aggressive and confrontational. Classic sign of NLP used in a negative way. Their minds are completely screwed. Most, if not, all of those who have attended CP courses will, in the course of time, end up in psychiatric units after suffering psychotic episodes.

Having suffered a psychotic episode myself, 16 years ago, I can tell you, bb, that they are frightening, not just for the patient, but others, too. They are not recognised as a church or charity in the UK. The Charity Commission told them to take a hike when they applied for charitable status. If my memory serves me correctly, the General Synod doesn't recognise them as a church or religion.

CP cannot be classified as a cult by any stretch of the imagination. They are a politically-motivated subversive organisation that creates and uses chaos as a means to an end, that end to bring about change from a democratic society to that of a one-world world order based on Communism and Corporate Fascism, something known as Communitarianism. CP has infested many government departments.
